Extraordinary ! This is about the fifth time Russ has fixed various appliances for me in the last 8 years. He would be the first call I would make when help is needed, and If I could, I would wait until he could address my issue. He is that good. This time my wife had run a clean cycle on our oven, after which it would not work. I called Russ and he was able to work me in right away, the same day. Three hours later the oven now works. My experience with Russ Appliances has always been extraordinary. He is quick to respond, very knowledgeable, extremely competent, very efficient, courteous, and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Expect the best and you will get it. Extraordinary !!! Call Russ first every time.

Best 200 bucks I've spent in a long time! Same day response to assess and fix leak affecting ice maker. Ordered parts for door issue, due to come in 2 weeks. Provided tip for dealing in the meantime. Week later returned for 20 minutes tops and voila! Sooo happy!!
